Why do we make such a big deal about being a
fee-only firm? Because it is
a big deal.
That's what sets us apart from most other "advisors" trapped in
the commission system - a system that often rewards transactions rather
than service; a system which doesn't require its advisors to do
what's best for you. As Upton Sinclair aptly said, "It is
difficult to get a man to understand something when his salary
depends upon his not understanding it."
Because we're paid by you and only you, you can always expect:
- our loyalty (e.g., we don't accept back-door payments from
product distributors)
- us to be on your side, always rooting for you
- our motivation to help you improve your situation, even if it
doesn't involve a product
Fee-only is a win / win arrangement, and we wouldn't want it any
